API Readiness
Measures connector families with the credentials/configuration required to attempt account reads. It is not a GoDaddy service uptime score.
Authentication verified. This browser tab now has an active VETDirect API portal session.
One understandable view of domains, DNS, hosting, SSL, Commerce, API readiness, operational risk, and account coverage. Every number is designed to come from a supported GoDaddy connector; unsupported product areas are identified rather than fabricated.
The server checks GoDaddy every 5 minutes. When supported account data changes, the dashboard refreshes automatically and records evidence from the real API response.

Completed as a substantially larger analytics system inside the API portal. It is deliberately labeled “Independent VETDirect analytics interface — not an official GoDaddy dashboard or GoDaddy product.” The objective is no longer merely to reproduce GoDaddy’s product menu. It is to create the kind of cross-product operational intelligence layer GoDaddy’s normal dashboard does not provide.
The connector model follows GoDaddy’s current developer surface. The working architecture spans Domains/DNS, Node.js Hosting, Commerce, Certificates, Shoppers, Aftermarket/Auctions/Parking, Abuse, ANS, and reference APIs.
Domains v3 uses PAT/Bearer authentication for current v3 workflows. Commerce remains scope-controlled with permissions such as commerce.<resource>:read.
| Intelligence area | What it now does |
|---|---|
| Domains KPI | Counts returned GoDaddy domains. |
| DNS KPI | Counts DNS records in the monitored VETDirect zone. |
| Hosting KPI | Shows active applications versus total applications. |
| SSL KPI | Counts returned certificates. |
| Commerce KPI | Shows Commerce transactions. |
| API Readiness | Shows credential-ready connector families versus all tracked families. |
| Attention KPI | Counts issues requiring review. |
| Connector Errors | Exposes API failures, permission problems, and missing scopes. |
| API Readiness Ring | Visual percentage of connector families ready to attempt reads. |
| Resource Inventory Bar Graph | Domains, DNS, Hosting, SSL, transactions, orders, customers, and SKUs. |
| Domain Expiration Chart | Expired, 0–30, 31–90, 91–180, 181–365, and 365+ day buckets. |
| DNS Donut Chart | Automatically groups A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV, CAA, and other returned record types. |
| Hosting Status Graph | Active, inactive, and other status distribution. |
| SSL Expiration Graph | Certificate expiration risk by time horizon. |
| Commerce Flow Graph | Channels → SKUs → Customers → Orders → Transactions → Tax Rates. |
| Commerce Line Graph | Orders and transactions by month for the most recent 12 months when the API actually supplies usable dates. |
| Priority Attention Queue | Expiring domains, expiring certificates, inactive apps, and connector failures. |
| Data Source Status Table | API, authentication type, connector state, and rows returned. |
| 14 Product Cards | Preserved underneath the analytics section; each opens its detailed Account Results page. |
The dashboard must not manufacture historical information. The Commerce Activity line graph appears only when returned GoDaddy orders or transactions contain usable dates. If the account has no dated data—or Commerce is not connected—the interface says so rather than inventing a trend. The same rule applies to domain and SSL expiration analysis: dates must come from returned source data.
The server automatically derives an Attention Queue. A domain or certificate ending within 90 days enters the queue. Items within 30 days move to higher priority. Expired dates become critical. Hosting applications whose returned status is not active, running, ready, or deployed are flagged for review. API errors and missing permissions appear as connector alerts.
That shift is the more valuable operating model: inventory becomes actionable account intelligence.
The server exposes an intelligence aggregation route:
GET /api/godaddy/intelligence
It aggregates supported account data once and returns a normalized intelligence model containing:
overview → charts → tables → facts → errors → notes
The browser never receives the PAT, classic API secret, or Commerce credentials.
GoDaddy’s Node.js Hosting API is especially valuable because it can expose applications, runtime variants, deployments, status, secret metadata, and logs while secret values remain inaccessible to the browser.
The larger client-management vision is preserved. The Intelligence Center tracks Shoppers / reseller customer capabilities as API-capable where the account qualifies, while the full GoDaddy Pro Hub client/site inventory remains HYBRID rather than pretending there is a universal public Pro Clients endpoint.
Each supported client/account authorization model can eventually feed the larger Intelligence Center while remaining clearly distinguished from ordinary GoDaddy Pro delegate access.
The build was tested as more than an HTML redesign. A local mock GoDaddy API gateway exercised the Intelligence endpoint with simulated Domains, DNS, Hosting, Certificates, Commerce, orders, customers, and transactions.
The test produced populated KPIs, expiration buckets, DNS composition, hosting state, Commerce flow, 12-month activity, API readiness, and an attention queue. Browser JavaScript and server-side connector code were also syntax-validated.
The standalone HTML preview cannot securely contain live GoDaddy credentials. It displays the Intelligence Center interface and connector states. Real account values require the deployable Node.js server with the appropriate credentials and configuration stored server-side.
The next level is a true Executive Operations layer above the current Intelligence Center: an account-wide command system organized around health, risk, operational history, and action.
The GoDaddy Account Intelligence Center is designed to make raw account information understandable. It must distinguish live API data from hybrid workflows and direct GoDaddy management links, preserve server-side credential security, and never fabricate unavailable account records or historical trends.

Reference this page whenever a VETDirect website project starts or moves to a new conversation. The objective is continuity, latest-master preservation and verified GoDaddy deployment.
Confirm the exact root domain or existing [projectname].vetdirect.online subdomain before making hosting or DNS changes. Never infer a different destination.
Continue from the newest approved build. Never roll back to an older or smaller file because it is easier to edit.
Existing pages, navigation, research, styling, interactions and responsive behavior remain intact unless deletion, replacement or redesign is explicitly requested.
Implement the requested change on top of the current master. Avoid unrelated refactors, reordering or destructive cleanup.
Confirm every local image, script, stylesheet, font reference and data file needed by the build before packaging.
Choose the appropriate GoDaddy domain, DNS, hosting or Node.js deployment workflow. Do not substitute another host unless explicitly authorized.
Use GoDaddy PAT/OAuth/credential stores or hosting secrets. Never embed production API tokens, passwords or private keys in public HTML/JavaScript.
Test desktop, tablet and mobile behavior; navigation; login; forms; asset paths; console errors; internal routes; and external links.
Upload all required files to the intended GoDaddy hosting application or site, then promote/publish the verified build to production.
Open the HTTPS production address and confirm the expected homepage and requested change are actually visible before reporting completion.
Continue from the latest approved master for this VETDirect project. Preserve all existing content, navigation, styling, functionality and responsive behavior. Changes are additive and surgical unless I explicitly request deletion, replacement, reordering or redesign. Confirm the exact GoDaddy root/subdomain before deployment. Use GoDaddy as the deployment target unless I explicitly authorize another host. Keep production credentials out of client-side source. Validate the full build, publish all dependencies, verify HTTPS at the live URL, and do not call the task complete until the production page is visibly confirmed.
